CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or miss your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee Policy. If you reschedule your appointment on our website or by phone within 24hours from your reserved treatment, this will be considered as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be applied.
With respect to your therapist who reserved the time for your treatment and for the clients who are on our waiting list, if you cancel your appointment:
- less than 24 hours: 50% of the amount of your session will be charged
- the day of your reserved treatment: 75% of the amount of your session will be charged
- no show: 100% of the amount of the session will be charged
A cancellation before 24 hour of your appointment can be done only by sending a text message on WhatsApp on this number 06 11 83 22 35 or by calling.
In fairness to all clients, as well as to all therapists, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
If you book several appointments on a the same day, a prepayment is requested by bank transfer to confirm your reservation.
